These zucchini fries are light, crispy, gluten-free, and full of flavour. They’re also ready in under 15 minutes! Serve them with your favourite dipping sauces—aioli, ranch dressing, and marinara sauce—for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or side dish. No matter what you serve them with, they're a fun way for kids and adults alike to eat more vegetables.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
  2. Slice zucchinis into sticks (fries) and place in a large bowl. Toss with mayonnaise and seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Place coating mix in a shallow dish. Using tongs or your hands, add zucchini sticks one at a time, rotating and pressing to coat.
  4. Place zucchini sticks in air fryer and cook 8 min, or until crispy and starting to brown. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Do not overcrowd.
Tips

Serve with prepared Chipotle Aioli,  Roasted Garlic Aioli, or Creamy Ranch Dip for dipping.

Swap mayo for Greek yogurt.
